How does it work?

When you make a reservation, you will have to make a balance payment through our website with a booking number that will be giving to you when you finish your reservation. Prior to the due date you will receive an email at the email address provided with a remainder, to ensure delivery to your inbox (not bulk or junk folder), please add info@islandroutes.com to your address book. Typically your balance payment is due 5 days before the closes event day of the list of the tours selected.

What if my balance changes?

if your reservation balance changes (for instance, if you upgrade your room or add a special item), we'll ajust the payment amount and notify you via email. Your payment date won't change unless your arrival date changes.
