Your journey takes you the first to the expansive Roseau Valley once cultivated for sugar cane but now Saint Lucia’s largest banana plantation, and then to the restored Sugar Mill at La Sikwi in the quaint fishing village of Anse la Raye. You’ll visit a museum and learn the history of sugar in the West Indies. Then it’s time to sample an array of locally produced rums and liquors at a distillery.
